Walk-In Studio Festival

The third edition of the festival that invites artists to open their studios to organize exhibitions and events devoted to other artists, creating a circuit of intergenerational exchange and dialogue. The artists taking part in the festival will not only show their own works, but will also invite friends and associates to show them in their work spaces, or host actions and events that will be the result of shared choices. For this reason, WALK-IN STUDIO also expands into the territory of everyday life: performances, screenings, concerts and presentations in unusual settings, public and private, outdoors and in artist-run spaces, in professional studios and collectors’ homes.

After the success of the last edition, this year WALK-IN STUDIO further strengthens its own mission, proposing to give greater impetus to opportunities for networking and creating an increasingly stimulating synergy between artists, curators and the city of Milan. The festival becomes an opportunity for a direct and friendly encounter between artists and their community, between authors and the public.
