BREAKING — Italy will tighten its green pass restrictions with tough new rules against the unvaccinated. The Council of Ministers unanimously approved the decree-law “Festività” with the new anti-Covid rules.

Until the end of the state of epidemiological emergency from Covid-19 (now set for 31 March), the new decree introduces the mandatory use of Ffp2 masks in cinemas, theatres, live music venues, and for sports events, both indoors and outdoors.

From December 30, the Super Green Pass – i.e. the one obtained after the second dose or after recovery from Covid-19 – will be required for exhibitions, museums as well as gyms, swimming pools, and other venues.
