“It’s a shell with a tongue and a flame on it… I know it’s crazy.”.
Federica Di Carlo (Rome, Italy, 1984). She works between Milan and Rome. Her works have been exhibited internationally in various cultural institutions. Investigating the limits but also the connections between existence, the human being and nature, for years she has been addressing the tension that is generated between them, often collaborating with scientists and physicists from various research centers around the world for the creation of her works. His environmental installations often deal with those areas of interference that science tends to reject because outside the established schemes.

Indagando i limiti ma anche le connessioni tra l’esistenza, l’essere umano e la natura, da anni affronta la tensione che si genera tra essi, collaborando spesso con gli scienziati e fisici dei vari centri di ricerca nel mondo per la realizzazione delle sue opere. Le sue installazioni ambientali, trattano spesso quelle zone d’interferenza che la scienza tende a rifiutare perché fuori dagli schemi prestabiliti.
